{ad} Who else loves a good mushroom toast?🍄🌱This combo is really easy to whip up and is perfect for breakfast, brunch or a hearty snack. Two things that make this recipe shine even more are the @umami_schweiz Powermix microgreens {daikon radish, red radish & arugula - quite punchy 🙌} and the UMAMI hot mustard (which I am now obsessed with - it adds epic heat & flavor). {ad} Chocolate & greens? Yes, you can have both at the same time 😁🍫🌱 While it’s not uncommon to add spinach or kale to smoothies, I only just tested this combo with microgreens using the Proteinmix {pea, red radish & sunflower} from @umami_schweiz. These little greens are packed with #plantpower and flavor, which subtly comes through in the smoothie but without clashing with the cacao taste. It’s a #deliciousandnutritious breakfast, snack or post-workout shake that’s full of goodness💪
